The Demaret bakery is a family business that was founded in 1957.
It is located in the Habay area and has strict criteria for making the specialities that have a reputation extending much further than the area itself.
From October to the festival of St Nicholas on 6 December, the Demaret bakery also makes the famous "bêtes de la Saint-Nicolas". Try them!
The Habay Double au Sucre is made from fresh eggs and Ardennes butter.
This artisanal pastry cannot be frozen or made from processed products.
It has a diametre of nearly 10 inches.
