Located in the highlands of Léglise, on the edge of the Forest of Anlier, this apiary has the advantage of being surrounded by flowers...
The area is mostly open after having been cleared of resinous trees, which provides favourable conditions for epilobium and brambles amongst other plants.
Agricultural fields also border the property: dandelions in spring and clover in spring and summer. The area is damp and located in fields rich with streams, which enable bees to gather pollen from the queen of the meadow, which is a particularly good honey plant
Springtime honey: dandelion, fruit trees and brambles.
Multi flower honey (summer): predominantly brambles, clover, epilobium and queen of the meadow.
