The ripe fruit is picked from the orchard and put together to make a naturally fruity juice. Jams are made in season using fresh fruit.
The producer's recipe
Ingredients: 5 good apples, 250g flour, 125g butter, 125g sugar, 2 eggs, 10cl milk, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Crack the eggs into a dish and beat them with the salt and cinnamon. Add the milk, the sugar and the flour and mix it all together. Dice the apples and the butter and stir them in. Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
